JB Management Services is a construction management and renovation firm based in Salem, South Carolina. Jonathan Beckenbauer runs every project himself.
Most renovation projects do not fail because someone cannot hang a door. They fail in the gaps: between the estimate and the scope, between the trades, between what the owner thought was included and what was actually priced.
That is the part we manage, and it is why the business is called what it is. Every job gets a written scope before work starts, a schedule you can hold us to, and one person who answers the phone and knows the answer.
We work on projects of all sizes. A failed deck ledger and a whole-house renovation get the same process — the small job simply has fewer lines on the scope. Homeowners who came to us for a repair are where a good share of our renovation work comes from.
Based in Salem, we work across Oconee, Pickens, Anderson and Greenville counties, with most of our work close to Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee.
