Most of what we do sits between a weekend repair and a custom home. That middle ground is where projects go wrong, and it is the work we have built the business around.

A dated galley kitchen opened into the great room, with reclaimed beams left exposed and a new working island at the centre of the house.

Full interior renovation of a lakeside residence, taken on after the original contractor left the job.

Walk the property
We look at the actual conditions before quoting anything. Photographs hide the things that change a price.
Written scope and estimate
You get a line-item scope in writing, with what is included and what is not, before a tool comes out of the truck.
Schedule and build
One person is accountable for the job. You know who is on site, what is happening this week, and what comes next.
Punch list and close-out
We walk it with you, write the list down, and finish it. The job is done when the list is empty, not when the crew leaves.
