Two bathrooms and a laundry reconfigured within the existing walls to gain a linen closet and a walk-in shower.
No square footage was added. The gain came from moving one non-structural wall and relocating the laundry stack, which freed enough width for a curbless walk-in shower and a full-height linen closet.
